“Highly recommend Ideal Construction, they did a great job on our open concept Kitchen remodel! Zade and his team were great to work with, from first consultation through project completion. Zade really listened to what we wanted, he and his architect came up with plans to open up our main level, in a way other contractors said would not be possible. The project came in at budget. As walls came down issues were uncovered, but Zade always came with a solution that had minimal impact to the budget and layout (I/e re-routing plumbing and duct work to still allow for open concept and fixing the original support of our house). Project finished in the original timeline as well, even with delays caused due to permitting, the team was efficient and worked weekends to make up for the lost time. Zade was flexible and accommodating, meeting us on a weekly basis to review progress, setting out the plans for the coming week, getting our input, and communicating timely and with a solution as issues came up. Overall, we love our kitchen, they did a really great job and just a really great group to work with!”
