“Zade and the Ideal team were great. It was a really big project, and it turned out better than we hoped. Random strangers stop when they are walking down the street to tell us how great everything looks. We interviewed five companies, and we liked Ideal the best. We were happy when their price was in the middle of the pack. They connected us with an architect, took care of all permits, etc., and introduced us to a great designer as well. There were no “surprises” or cost overruns. They allowed us to add a few tasks (including an additional bathroom renovation) to the project after we started. They resolved everything on the punch list and did not leave us hanging. In addition to doing high-quality work, they were very accommodating as well. We were able to stay in the house, even with a quarter of the roof missing. They didn’t mind our two large dogs. They cleaned up every day to help minimize the disruption.”
