Our Team of Skilled Home Remodeling Professionals
As a second generation family-owned business in the home remodeling and construction industry, our senior management is a team of remodeling professionals that includes family members and other experienced staff members.
We maintain staff in house that can provide virtually all of our normal services including project management, estimating, planning, design, framing and finished carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, etc. We also make use of carefully selected and supervised specialty trade technicians in some of these and other areas of expertise.
Mohd Jarrar, President
Mohd Jarrar, is the founder and president of Ideal. He built the company over many years before his sons became involved. As president he manages and oversees the entire company and is also known for making sure every one in the company lives up to Ideal’s goals of providing excellent design, construction and client service. Mohd has over 25 years of experience in the building and remodeling industry. In addition to his extensive construction and remodeling expertise, he also has training and background in both architecture and economics.
Jason Jarrar, General Manager
Jason is in charge of the company’s overall operations. He is actively involved in meeting with our clients, systems and processes, quality control and making sure all of our clients are pleased they have selected Ideal for their remodeling project. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and management. He is also certified by many of our building product manufacturers and is the company’s primary representative to the various trade organizations we belong to.
Yazeed Jarrar, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Yazeed is involved with and supervises projects on a daily basis. He works with our clients on a day-to-day basis. He is responsible for project management, project finances and budgets, permits and inspections. He holds degrees in construction and civil engineering. He is also certified in quality control.
Zade Jarrar, Senior Project Manager
Zade is involved in the daily management and supervision of projects. He works with our clients and is responsible for project planning, estimating, coordination, management and project quality control. He also supervises our field staff and specialty technicians. He holds degrees in construction and civil engineering. He has also earned a certificate in quality control.
Other Staff Members
Our staff members have an average of 12 years of building and remodeling experience or experience relevant to their duties. Our senior staff has 16 years of experience on average. Staff members are carefully selected for their technical skills, dependability, ability to provide quality client service, communications skills and other attributes needed for their respective duties.
Our staff supervises all of the projects we do and supervises any specialty trade contractors who work with us.
Specialty Team Members
Like most quality remodeling firms, we do work with specialty trade technicians and craftsmen such as for plumbing, electrical, tiles and sometimes other trades as well. We are as careful in selecting our specialty trade technicians as we are with our staff. All must be licensed where needed, insured, and be among the best in the area. They must have tight hiring standards as well.
