For appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing fixtures and products, cabinets, electrical equipment and fixtures and similar products, the manufacturers’ warranties prevail, be they longer or shorter.
And, under our special two-year limited warranty, we will act on your behalf to contact the manufacturer for any of these items that require repair or replacement under warranty. We will also cover the labor of removing and reinstalling any replacements if they were items installed initially by Ideal Construction and Remodeling.
Our warranty, like most, does not cover things like abuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, storm or fire damage, vandalism, and other similar items.
The specific details of what is covered and what is not by our special extended limited warranty are in our remodeling agreements and contracts.
