“The Ideal Construction team did a fantastic job for us on a tricky renovation project that involved removing interior stairs to create a completely open first floor level, renovating the kitchen, completely finishing an unfinished basement (including excavation and underpinning portions to increase the ceiling height), and building a new light filled stair tower to connect the basement first, and second floor levels. I work on the commercial side of the building industry and I found that our project manager Zade was incredibly accessible, responsive, and attentive. The few times I did notice small issues, Zade typically already had it on his list as something to address. I recommend the ideal team and would use them again if I ever have the need.”
